Fitness and health started for her at a young age. Her family was always very active; she grew up running, canoeing, and skiing, but eventually found a love for swimming and horseback riding. Mariah swam competitively for 11 years and then found herself exploring the fitness center at the YMCA she lifeguarded at.
She competed in her first bodybuilding competition in spring 2018, and has since competed in both the OCB and INBF organizations, and has competed in 4 total shows with more planned in the future.
Mariah’s goal as a coach is to educate and empower those that she works with to discover their potential and take control of their health and fitness.
